Our Community Support Association

At Oak Hill School, our families are genuinely involved and committed to supporting our students, staff, culture and community. Similar to a PTA or PTO, the purpose of our Community Support Association (CSA) is to encourage family involvement in school activities, facilitate communication between parents, teachers and administration, and work cooperatively with faculty and administration to strengthen our community. The CSA brings us together and reminds us that extraordinary effort and enthusiasm is an important part of the Oak Hill School community.

Family members can volunteer several ways:

Acorn After-school programming
Acorn Teacher support in the classrooms
Acorn Gardens and grounds upkeep
Acorn Administrative assistance in the office
Acorn Fundraising to support our school and students

Family involvement is such an important cornerstone to our school’s success and student achievement. Every family is asked to donate 30 hours of school-related community service each year. This volunteer service is invaluable and contributes greatly to the various events and activities that support our students and staff.

We have a steering committee with team leaders who help plan, coordinate and implement activities and services throughout the year. Want to learn more? Contact us!
