One of the areas our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee has been focused on this year is setting clear, multi-year goals. As part of that work, we’re partnering with a local firm, Relatable, to conduct a diversity audit. We’ve heard great things about the work their team has done with other organizations, and we’re really looking forward to working together.

This process will begin soon and continue over the next three months, so please keep an eye out for updates along the way. By late August, we expect to have a clear set of priorities and actionable next steps to help guide this work moving forward.
Located on 72 wooded acres in Eugene, Oregon, Oak Hill School is an independent, secular (non-religious) private school welcoming pre-K to 8th grade students.
